Shoreline Tabs Obed Kouassi as Next Head Men's Soccer Coach

SHORELINE, Wash. - After serving as the Assistant Men's Soccer Coaching this past season, Obed Kouassi will be taking over as the next Head Men's Soccer Coach.

Coach Kouassi has a passion for soccer, and a strong connection with international students which will be an asset in recruiting international student-athletes for this program. He has been coaching and playing soccer for many years at all levels. Shoreline Community College is excited to have him step into this new role.

About Northwest Athletic Conference: 

The NWAC is the athletic governing body of two year colleges in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and British Columbia. There are 15 men's and women's sports and 10 championship events.  Approximately 4,200 student-athletes compete in the NWAC representing a student population of over 400,000. Many NWAC student-athletes continue their academic and athletic careers at the NAIA-NCAA levels. The NWAC promotes the three ideals of Character, Competition, and Community. NWAC…..more than sports.
