Red Devils Advance to Finals Against Tacoma with 10-2 Rout of Lane

LONGVIEW, Wash. - The NWAC Championship game will feature a pair of West Region foes as Lower Columbia will meet Tacoma after the Red Devils defeated Lane 10-2 in Game 14 on Monday afternoon.

The Titans and Red Devils will meet for the second time in three games in the tournament as they split during the regular season 2-2.

Lower Columbia used a big seven-run sixth inning to jump well ahead of Lane after leading 3-1. Justin Stransky went 4-for-4 with two RBI to lead the Red Devil offense.

Game time for the championship game is set for 3:35 p.m. from David Story Field. The game can be watched live via Pay-Per View on nwacsportsnetwork.com

Lane finishes a great season with a 29-23 record, including winning three-straight games in the NWAC tournament to finish third place overall.
