Risa Nishida, Women's Soccer Offensive - Peninsula

Nishida scored three total goals in a pair of blowout wins for Peninsula. She had one goal on three shots in a 6-0 win over Everettt, following up with two more goals in an 11-0 victory vs. Whatcom. She and the No. 1 ranked Pirates remain undefeated with a 35-2 goal differential.

"Risa had a huge week for us racking up 3 goals including a flying full volley which is one of the best goals I have seen by a Peninsula player," said head coach Kanyon Anderson. "She also dummied a ball across the 6-yard box to set up a teammate's tap in. She is doing this playing less than 40 minutes a game and surely has more goals in her, given the opportunity.
