Ruby Jaimes had one of her best games of the season in a 2-2 tie against Spokane on October 9. Against a team that has scored 20 goals in conference play, Jaimes was able to deny several Sasquatch chances in the final minutes to hold onto the result. The 2-2 tie extended Blue Mountain's unbeaten streak to six games, with a competition against defending NWAC champion Columbia Basin coming up on October 16.
