Amare Jackson, Men's Basketball - Skagit Valley

 Jackson led the Cardinals to a pair of 20+ point wins against Yakima Valley 91-65 and Big Bend 72-44. Against YVC, Jackson was all over the stat sheet with 16 points, six rebounds, seven assists and three steals. He then posted 20 points, four assists, two boards and two steals against Big Bend. Overall, he shot 60.9 percent from the floor. He was impactful defensively by holding YVC and Big Bend to a combined 109 points.

"Amare had a great weekend for us," said head coach Carl Howell. "He was very efficient offensively and also stood out defensively which is not always shown statistically. He was present with his on-ball defense vs each opponents' best scorer and had constant ball pressure and deflections."
