Lizbeth Soto, Women's Track - Spokane

Soto established a new PR in the 400-meters running 59.59 on Saturday at the WSU Cougar Classic. She currently ahas the best mark on the conference list in the event. In addition, she anchored the 400-meter relay to a season best and the top mark in the conference list clocking 48.56 seconds. In the 200, she had a season best of 26.31 seconds, ranking third on this year's conference list.

"Liz is celebrating a strong sophomore year despite breaking her leg in the fall playing soccer for the conference runner up Sasquatch soccer squad," said head coach John Spatz.
