 Parsons had a second consecutive week with a big PR, this time in the discus throw with a mark of 39.11 meters, only 5 inches off her lifetime best and tops in the NWAC this season. She also threw well in the shot put with a mark of 11.81 meters and the javelin throw with a distance of 31.33 meters.
