
Job Announcements: Program Assistant & Head Women's Soccer Coach - Green River
Green River College is currently accepting applications for two separate positions in its athletic department: Program Assistant, Athletics and Head Women's Soccer Coach.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletics and Recreation, the Program Assistant provides complex administrative support to the Athletics and Recreation Office, including working with the NWAC, Green River Foundation, Business Office, Campus Life and travel funds. The incumbent assists the Director in organizing, establishing and directing the daily operations for the Athletics and Recreation Office; reviews and verifies numerous records and budgets for the Athletics and Recreation Office and travel funds (totaling 28 separate accounts) for accuracy; receiving, processing and depositing funds; responsible for assisting the Director with program scheduling and planning, state travel regulations, public relations, and computer graphics; and assists the Director in organizing special events for the Athletics and Recreation Department. Additionally, incumbent provides support at home contests with game operations. This can include stats, stat uploads to Athletics and Recreation webpage and NWAC, filming, scoreboard, scorebook, crowd control, assisting officials, assisting home and visiting teams, supporting cheer team and mascot and other duties as assigned.

The Green River College women's soccer coach will be responsible for all aspects of the women's soccer program, including planning and directing recruitment, conditioning, training and performance of student-athletes, along with fiscal management. The duties of this position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules and regulations of the NWAC and Green River College.
