NWAC Basketball Championships Floor Sweeper Form

Please complete the form below with your information and availability to provide a floor sweeper(s) as ball boy/girl at the NWAC Basketball Championships at Columbia Basin College in Pasco, WA on March 6-10 & 16-17. Floor sweepers should be 5 years old or older with ability to perform floor sweeping independently. If assistance is needed, please communicate with NWAC staff for support. There will be supervisors to assist the floor sweepers to know how/when to sweep and provide any other assistance during the game. 

• Floor sweeper(s) get in to the tournament for free for the duration of the tournament!
• Floor sweeper(s) can volunteer for a minimum of one (1) game, but as many games as they are available and we have spots to fill are welcome! 
• We ask that all floor sweepers arrive on-site at least 15 minutes prior to the game start times they are scheduled.
• Each floor sweeper is allowed to bring in one (1) adult free of charge to the tournament - the adult listed on the form below as the contact person, unless otherwise communicated to NWAC staff. The adult will be admitted to the tournament for free on any of the day(s) that the floor sweeper volunteers. 
• Each floor sweeper will be given a t-shirt to keep.
• Each floor sweeper will be able to sit courtside and have a front-row view of the college basketball championship action.
• Floor sweepers have the opportunity to shoot around on the championship floor at halftime.
