Celebrating AANHPI Month Form

An intake form to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Month across the conference. You can use this form to nominate another person or for yourself to tell us more of your story. We will accept responses until the end of May and highlight folks all month long. 

 
You may also send your submission via email directly to  nwacsports@clark.edu . Your email can include a photo or video submission if you would like. If you prefer not to complete this form, but would still like to celebrate with your own post throughout the month of May, feel free to do so and tag the NWAC on social media @nwacsports and use #nwaccares.
