Lane Hires Keri Green as Next Head Volleyball Coach

EUGENE, Ore. - Lane Community College Athletic Director, Greg Sheley, is excited to announce the hiring of Keri Green as their new head women's volleyball coach. Green takes over for Jim Moore who retired from the sport at the end of the 2023 season.

"We are excited to have Keri join the Titan Athletics family," said Sheley. "She brings energy, excitement and successful NWAC volleyball playing experience to our women's volleyball program. We are confident Keri will do an outstanding job."

"I want to thank Athletic Director Greg Sheley and the search committee for the opportunity to become the head women's volleyball coach at Lane Community College. My leadership will reflect my passion and desire to help young women improve on the court and in the classroom," said Green.

Most recently, Green was the head volleyball coach at Springfield High School since the fall of 2018. Green's collegiate playing career started at Blue Mountain Community College where her teams won consecutive NWAC titles. Green continued her playing career at Bushnell University where she set the single season blocks record.

Green received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Bushnell University in 2018. She has also completed a Masters in Business Administration from Bushnell (2022) and a Masters in Education from Southern Hampton University (2023).
