Mary Nakamura, Women's Track - Spokane

 In her collegiate debut in the steeplechase, Nakamura turned in a personal best of 11:33.80 good for a second place meet finish and moving into the top spot in the conference this season, over a minute faster than the next best mark. Her time is over a minute and a half faster than the winning time in this event from the 2023 NWAC Championships. Nakamura also ranks number two in the 800 at 2:19.40, and number three in the 1500 at 4:58.03.
