McKean had an incredible week at the plate for the Chukars. In six games, McKean went 16-for-23 at the plate, good for a ridiculous .696 batting average. She made hard contact all week as she recorded three home runs, four doubles, 16 RBI and 12 runs cored. She walked once and struck out just once, adding a stolen base. Her big week led the Chukars to a big 6-0 week in the East region against Blue Mountain, Walla Walla and Columbia Basin. She had three four-hit games on the week. In the final game of the week against CBC, she had the go-ahead two run home run in the bottom of the sixth.
