Onakpoma led Peninsula to a pair of big wins 89-71 over Bellevue and 93-79 against Olympic. The sophomore averaged 29.5 points per game, six rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.5 blocks in the pair of games. He played all but one minute in both contests as he shot a lights-out 67.6 percent from the floor. His biggest game came against Olympic in which he dropped 34 points and made 13-of-16 shots from the field. He also shot 60 percent on threes.

"Ese had a phenomenal week with big dunks in both games to help lead Peninsula to a 3-1 division record," said head coach Bryce Jacobson.
