Hames pitched a complete-game shutout against one of the toughest teams in Lower Columbia. Hames limited the Red Devils to just five hits in a full nine-inning shutout as he struck out six batters and walked just one. He led Centralia to the 2-0 victory in a well pitched game as the Blazers took three of four from the defending champions.
