Spalti claimed the victory at the I-5 Invitational at The Home Course on May 17-18, 2021 in Dupont, WA. He shot 146 over the two rounds (71, 75) finishing +3, beating teammates Austin Duffy and Jaeger Christian, as well as Tyler Garner of Southwestern Oregon CC who tied for second (147) by one stroke.

"Tyler had a solid tournament carding a one under par 71 on the first day at The Home Course," said Head Coach Keith Mickle. "His second round was a model of consistency as he was one over on the day and even for the tournament going into 18 with a three-shot lead. However, a drive out of bounds off the tee made his finish tighter than it should have been, but he stayed calm and got down in two from 50 feet for a one-shot win."
