Knox led his Bellevue team to victory as he won a tie-breaker against teammate Dallon Bennett to win the BC Spring Shootout.

"This is Ryan's first win, and he earned this," said BC head coach Keith Mickle. "His off season practice combined with his maturing mental game really helped him in the playoff. I look forward to many more top finishes for Ryan."
