NWAC Vendor Registration Form

NWAC Information
The Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) serves 37 member community colleges located in Washington (23), Oregon (13), and British Columbia (1). Collectively, the conference has a total student population over 400,000 with 4,200 of those being student-athletes. The NWAC hosts 13 Championships annually for 13 different sports including: baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's golf, men's and women's soccer, softball, men's and women's track & field, and volleyball. NWAC Championship events have an estimated total attendance of 7,000 annually.

Instructions
If you wish to purchase vendor space at an NWAC event, please fill out the following information. The vendor fee is $1,000 per event. If multiple representatives attend for the same business the fee remains the same. Vendors may also choose to share commission of sales from events and/or in-kind goods/services in lieu of the vendor fee, which will be negotiated prior to the event in which you plan to be a vendor. Vendor business must align with the NWAC mission and goals. Once this registration is processed, the NWAC staff will reach out to confirm registration and provide further instructions.
