“Ashley's best time last fall was 21:42, this fall she has run 19:23!” exclaimed Sasquatch head coach Sean McLachlan. “This is an impressive improvement, but it is even more impressive considering that she suffered two stress fractures last year.  Because of those injuries and the fact that Ashley has Osteopenia, she currently runs only 3-4 days a week and spends a lot of time on a bike or in the pool.  In spite of all of this Ashley continues to have a positive attitude and is determined to keep running at the next level!”
