Stein helped propel the the 8th-ranked Orcas to a pair of wins over region rivals Edmonds and 4th-ranked Everett. He collected 3 goals including both game winning goals.

“Jacen has constantly been trying to improve himself in all aspects of the game on and off the field,” said Orca head coach Jason Jorgensen. “He has risen to become one of our team captains and not only pushes himself but each of his teammates daily.  He has displayed leadership, mental toughness and continues to find ways to put the ball in the back of the net when we needed it the most.  His work rate, character and leadership is one of the reason WCC has continued to move in a positive direction this season.”
